Question: When will I receive information on the Frequent Buyer Program?
Answer: It takes approximately 6 - 8 weeks to receive your booklet with $20 worth of coupons and your enrollment card. Simply fill out the enrollment card and take it to your pet specialty retailer. Your retailer will keep the card in-store and will track your purchases toward free product.
Question: What happens when a consumer has NUTRO® dog food complaints?
Answer: The safety and quality of our products is our top priority. When we learn of an issue, we work with consumers to obtain information and request that samples of any product in question be submitted for testing at an independent facility. An in-depth review is performed to determine if an issue does exist.
