| Feeding Guidelines |
|
Daily portions can vary according to age, environment and activity level of your cat. The entire suggested daily amount should be placed in your cat's feeding dish. A supply of fresh drinking water should be provided at all times.
If switching to MAX Cat Gourmet Classics Senior, gradually decrease current food while increasing the amount of MAX Cat Gourmet Classics Senior over the course of 7 days.
Overweight Cats: If your cat is overweight and is currently on a premium adult maintenance cat food, calorie reduction will occur when switching to MAX Cat Gourmet Classics Senior. For further weight reduction, reduce the daily amount by 1/8 to ½ cup depending on activity and weight.
Underweight Cats: If your cat is underweight, feed a mixture of MAX Cat Gourmet Classics Senior canned and dry several times a day and see your veterinarian regularly.
