Take the Frequent Buyer Program Envelope that you will receive with your coupon booklet to a participating pet specialty retailer**
- Your retailer will keep the envelope in-store and track your purchases. This program is valid only at participating pet specialty stores. It is not available at Petco, PetSmart or Pet Supermarket.
Buy 10 bags of MAX® dog or cat food, NATURAL CHOICE® dog or cat food, or ULTRA™ food for dogs from the same retailer.
Cut out the 10 Proof-of-Purchase UPC codes with product description and collect them in your Frequent Buyer Program Envelope.
Get your 11th bag FREE! Once you have met the purchase requirements, your retailer will give you a FREE bag, corresponding with the smallest size purchased, of MAX® dog or cat food, NATURAL CHOICE® dog or cat food, or ULTRA™ food for dogs.**

**Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Valid only at participating retailers. Not available at Petco, PetSmart or Pet Supermarket. All purchases must be dated within a 14 month period from the same retailer. Free bag will correspond with the smallest size purchased. Trial sizes, cans, pouches, biscuits, treats and desserts (cases and individual units) are not included in this program offer.
